Before Returning a Product for Service, please call the factory to obtain an RMA#.
When you call, a Representative will schedule your unit for service and take notes on the work to be done. Depending on instrument model and parts availability, some products may have 48 hour turnaround service on repairs.There is a charge for this premium service. Please contact the factory for more information.
All repairs carry a 90-day warranty against defects in replacement parts and repair workmanship.
All XFTP products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a minimum of one year after shipment.
XFTP's obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product after being returned to our factory, and XFTP determining the product be indeed defective.
This is Trilithic's sole warranty and is given in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and sets forth the buyers sole remedy.
